Field Trip Days Registration Request Form

Registration for 2024/2025 Field Trip Days is now open. Information for school visits on Non-Field Trip Days can be found here..

The Adler is proud to announce that we will be open exclusively to school groups on our new Field Trip Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays! Only on these days will lunch space, arrival assistance, and programming chosen especially for school groups be available.

This form is for Field Trip Days only. If you are unable to schedule your visit on a designated Field Trip Day, associated links can be found on the School Field Trips page.

The minimum group size is 15. The maximum is 175. If your group is under 15 or exceeds 175, please email schools@adlerplanetarium.org before booking.

How to register:

Select first choice of date (disregard the 9:00 am time that is listed—you can arrive at any time)
Enter quantity of 1 for one field trip
Select additional options (lunch space, pre-purchased lunches, etc.)
Select additional sky shows you’d like your group to see by entering a quantity of 1 for each on the next page.
Enter alternate dates to consider if your first choice is unavailable (during checkout).
